Before You Arrive
Preparing for Your Visit
These steps must be completed before your visit is confirmed. Attendees who are not on the approved list or who cannot provide ID will not be admitted.
Schedule the Visit in Advance
All tours and business visits are by appointment only. Contact the campus team with your organization name, visit purpose, preferred dates, and number of attendees. Requests are reviewed and confirmed within two business days. Walk-in visits are not available.
Submit Attendee Details
A complete attendee list — full name and organization for every individual — must be submitted to the campus team before your visit is confirmed. Changes to the attendee list after submission require prior approval. Individuals not on the approved list will not be admitted.
Prepare for ID Verification and Background Screening
All visitors are subject to ID verification and background screening. Bring government-issued photo ID for every attendee. No additional preparation is required, but all individuals must be prepared to present ID at check-in.
Arrival and Check-In
What Happens When You Arrive
Every visit begins at the Visitor Control Center. Check-in is required before entering any campus-controlled area.
Report to the Visitor Control Center
On the day of your visit, all attendees must report to the Visitor Control Center. Check-in must be completed before entering any campus-controlled area. Do not proceed directly to a building or tour starting point.
Complete Check-In and Receive a Credential
At the Visitor Control Center, each attendee will complete check-in with ID verification and be issued a temporary visitor credential. Credentials must be visibly worn throughout the visit and returned upon departure.
Wait for Your Host Before Entering Controlled Areas
After check-in, attendees must wait for their designated campus host before proceeding. The host will lead all movement through the facility. Attendees must not enter controlled areas independently.
