Before You Arrive

Prepare Before Your Visit

Complete these steps before arriving at the campus. Arriving without a confirmed access request will delay or prevent entry.

01

Submit or Confirm Through the Portal

All tenant access requests and personnel management are handled through the tenant portal. Before your visit, confirm that the access request has been submitted, tied to an approved purpose and scheduled time, and assigned to a host or account contact.

02

Prepare for ID Verification

Government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for every visit without exception. Ensure every individual in your party has valid ID available. Name and organization will be verified against the approved access record.

03

Confirm Your Access Scope

Access is approved according to business need, zone entitlement, and visit duration. If your planned visit requires access to areas outside your standard provisioning, that request must be submitted through the portal before arrival — not on the day.

Arrival and Check-In

What Happens When You Arrive

Every visit begins at the Visitor Control Center. This step is mandatory before entering any operational or tenant area.

04

Report to the Visitor Control Center

All personnel — including credentialed tenant staff — must check in at the Visitor Control Center before moving into any operational or tenant area. Do not proceed directly to your space. Check-in is required on every visit.

05

Receive Your Site Credential

Following check-in and ID verification, you will be issued or confirmed a site credential for the approved visit scope. Credentials are role- and zone-based. The credential must be visibly worn throughout your time on campus and returned or deactivated as required at departure.

06

Proceed to Approved Areas Only

Access is limited to the zones and spaces covered by your approved credential. Some areas remain escort-only or require additional operational authorization. If you require access to a restricted space, contact your host or campus operations in advance.

While You Are On Site

Operating Expectations

These expectations apply to all authorized tenant personnel throughout the duration of every visit.

  • Follow host instructions, posted campus rules, and current site guidance at all times.
  • Credentials must be visibly worn while on campus — this is a condition of entry, not a request.
  • Access is limited to approved zones. Do not attempt to enter spaces outside your provisioned scope.
  • Escort any guests or temporary contractors through the proper process — notify the SOC and maintain escort throughout.
  • Respect operational and confidentiality boundaries within the facility.
  • Report lost or stolen credentials to the SOC immediately.
  • Photography and recording inside operational areas require prior written authorization.
  • Access conditions may be adjusted based on current operational, safety, or security requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

If your question is not answered here, contact your account contact or campus operations.

How do I request access for a visit?

All tenant access requests are managed through the tenant portal. Log in, submit the access request with the required details, and allow time for review and approval before your planned visit.

Do all visits need to be scheduled in advance?

Yes. All visits are appointment-based. There is no provision for unscheduled or walk-in access. The portal is the correct channel for all requests.

What should I bring for check-in?

Bring government-issued photo ID. Your name must match the approved access record. Ensure your ID is valid and legible.

Will I have access to every area I need?

Access is provisioned according to your approved role and zone entitlement. If you need access to areas outside your current scope, submit a request through the portal before your visit.

Can access be adjusted or limited on the day?

Yes. Access may be limited, delayed, or redirected based on operational, safety, or security conditions at the time of your visit. This is a normal part of campus operations.
