Capacity reservations are now open.
The initial Call Date is expected in Q3 2026. Reservation holders will be notified in queue order and will have 15 calendar days to execute a firm agreement. Queue position reflects order of qualified receipt. Submit early to secure your position.
Submit a Capacity Reservation LOI
Submit a Capacity Reservation LOI.
Use this form to describe your requested capacity, target service dates, preferred delivery model, cooling approach, and expected rack density. Your submission will generate a non-binding Capacity Reservation Letter of Intent and place your request into GridSite's preliminary qualification process.
Submitting a reservation does not create a binding purchase commitment by either party. Capacity, pricing, delivery schedule, service levels, site access, and final commercial terms are subject to technical review, commercial approval, and definitive written agreements.
This reservation process is intended for commercial infrastructure customers and strategic capacity partners. It is not an investment offering.
Step 1 — Capacity Request
Select your service model, describe your power needs by phase, and indicate commercial timing.
The current published reservation range is 1 MW to 100 MW per request. Larger or phased requests may be reviewed as strategic or anchor capacity opportunities.
How It Works
From Request to Firm Agreement.
Submit a Reservation Request
Complete the reservation request form describing your capacity needs — including MW range, preferred service model, load profile, cooling requirements, and anticipated go-live timing. There is no fee to submit a reservation request.
Technical Review
The ECC team will review your request for technical fit, phase availability, and commercial readiness. We may request a follow-up call to clarify load profile, cooling approach, or infrastructure dependencies.
Reservation Confirmation
Qualified reservations will receive written confirmation of their position in the reservation queue. Queue position reflects order of qualified receipt and is maintained until the Call Date.
Call Date Notification
When the Call Date is declared, reservation holders are notified in queue order. Each holder receives 15 calendar days to execute a firm agreement. If a holder does not execute within the window, the capacity passes to the next qualified reservation.
Firm Agreement Execution
Upon execution, the capacity reservation converts to a firm binding agreement with defined MW allocation, service model, delivery schedule, and commercial terms. Construction and build-out coordination begins immediately.

Eligibility
Qualified Reservation Holders.
Reservation requests will be evaluated for technical fit, phase availability, load profile, cooling requirements, network requirements, and commercial readiness. All of the following apply to qualified reservation holders.
- Legal entity in good standing with authority to execute binding contracts
- Demonstrated technical capability to operate or occupy high-density compute infrastructure
- Ability to present a credible load profile and go-live plan within 90 days of Call Date
- Commercial readiness to execute a firm agreement within the 15-day Call Date window
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
Important Notices
No Securities Offering
Reservation of capacity at Energy Compute Campus does not constitute the purchase of any security, investment interest, or equity stake. This is a commercial infrastructure capacity reservation only.
Reservation Is Non-Binding Until Firm Agreement
A confirmed reservation holds your queue position but does not create a binding commitment on either party until a firm agreement is executed following the Call Date.
Timelines Are Estimates
All Call Dates, energization dates, and capacity release schedules are target estimates subject to construction progress, permitting, interconnection, and regulatory approvals.
Queue Position Is Not Transferable
Reservation queue positions are held by the submitting legal entity and are not transferable, assignable, or sublicensable without prior written consent from ECC.
FAQ
Common Questions.
Is there a fee to submit a reservation request?
No. Submitting a reservation request is free. No deposit or payment is required until a firm agreement is executed following the Call Date.
What is the Call Date?
The Call Date is the date on which ECC formally notifies reservation holders that capacity is available for firm agreement. The initial Call Date is expected in Q3 2026. Upon notification, each reservation holder has 15 calendar days to execute a firm agreement or their position passes to the next qualified holder.
Can I reserve capacity across multiple service models?
Yes. A single reservation request may span multiple service models — for example, a colocation component combined with a powered shell or connectivity services. Indicate all relevant models in your request and we will confirm availability and fit during technical review.
What happens if I miss the 15-day execution window?
If a firm agreement is not executed within 15 calendar days of Call Date notification, the reserved capacity is released to the next qualified holder in the queue. Holders who miss the window may re-submit a new reservation request, subject to remaining availability.
What determines queue position?
Queue position is determined by the order in which qualified reservation requests are received and confirmed. Technical review is required before a request is confirmed as qualified. Incomplete or commercially premature requests will not be confirmed until requirements are met.
When does the next capacity block become available?
The initial 100 MW capacity block is scheduled for Q1 2027. Subsequent 100 MW blocks are expected approximately every 8 months thereafter. Reservation requests for future blocks can be submitted at any time and will be queued for the applicable phase.
What load profiles are supported?
ECC is designed for high-load compute workloads including AI training and inference, high-performance computing, traditional enterprise colocation, and custom operator deployments. Load profiles with non-standard power density, unusual cooling requirements, or variable draw patterns should be described in detail in the reservation request so we can confirm fit.
Ready to reserve your capacity block?
Submit a non-binding Capacity Reservation LOI for 1 MW to 100 MW. No fee to reserve. The initial Call Date is expected Q3 2026.
